On 23 March 2023, Education Department of Restoration Council of Shan State (RCSS) celebrated 4th Graduation Ceremony and awards were given the outstanding students of each grade. At 8:00 AM, all students stood in line and saluted Shan National Flag. At 8:10 AM, teachers and the winning students took their places in the ceremony. At 8:15 AM, members of Education Commission, teachers, students, guests, parents of students and the leaders of CEC, CLC took their places in the ceremony. At 8:30 AM, all attendees welcomed the Chairman of RCSS to take the place in the ceremony. There were 427 attendees including teachers, students, guests, parents of students and gentlemen from every departments.
At 9:00 AM, the Chairman of RCSS, General Yord Sik made an opening speech .And then, the High school principal, Nang Mwe Hkur explained about the high school and the curriculum of high school. After that, the Chairman of RCSS, General Yord Sik awarded Certificates of Honor to those who received a degree from home or abroad. Then, he awarded Certificates of Honor to students who successful high school (Grade – 12), secondary school (Grade – 9) and primary school (Grade – 6) and also students who successful 3rd year of Non-formal School.
Then, the Director of Education Department, Sai Larn Tai awarded Certificates of Honor to the outstanding students who obtain 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
After awarding certificates, the Deputy Principle of Loi Tai Leng College, Sai Shur Kham presented the history of the National School and about the alumni who are serving the Organization.
After that, Captain Khur Lao and Second Lieutenant Kham Zarm awarded Certificate of Completion to Brave Worriers who completed their 3rd year.
Then, the Director of Education Department, Sai Larn Tai presented about the visions of Education and graduation ceremony. The Deputy Director of Education Department, Sai Kawn Wan gave a speech of encouragement to students as he is an alumnus who serving the organization. After that, the students who had completed Grade – 12 of 2021 – 2022 academic year introduced themselves and presented their current responsibilities.
Finally, the Chairman of RCSS, General Yord Sik made a closing speech of the 4th Graduation Ceremony.
Then, all teachers, students and leaders took group photos to be memorial.
